    Talking If i burn knoppix files NOT an iso

    I have a program that lets me un-package iso files, and i found all of the files togeather (Not in an ISO) is a bit smaller and might fit on my cd's. Will it work ok if i just burn the files and not an iso?

    The files are an exact copy of what came out of the ISO.

    hi codemyster
    well there is a possibility that files you have extracted wont work.
    You should use alcohol 120 or nero for burning iso images.
    There are aso free programs for burn iso image.

    well, the dvd wasn't even recognized by my pc, but i found out it was a problem with my burning software. good thing i installed it on a usb drive, or else my computer would be loaded with spyware within the minute.

    Burn4Free = not good
