Configuration Problem
Hello. I have a problem with Linux (Red Hat 9) configuration. In control center when I check the configuration an error message appeared like "Configuration not ok. LILO said. Warning: device 0x0303 exceeds 1024 cylinder limit. Fatal: geo_comp_addr: Cylinder number is too big (3084>1023)." My motherboard is Giga-Byte 8ID533 sdram.

that sounds like ur hard drive is beign detected wrong.
check ur bios to make sure its all correct then if necescary copy down the values and manually put them into whatever config thing u need to (dont ask me wher eu put them i dont know0

add lba32
u gotta add "lba32" without quotes to the lilo.conf file....
and that shud resolve the problem..
give it a shot...
