boot up SuSe and mount hde7 and hde8. copy title, root, kernel and initrd lines form their /boot/grub/grub.conf ( or menu.lst) file. paste these lines in SuSe's menu.lst file.

post the contents of yoper's grub.conf file.
for PClinux, are using LILO for it. there must be menu.lst or grub.conf or lilo.conf file.
