I'm not sure what you want or what the problem is, that link only tosses out the 'sign up blabla for Windows Live Custom Domains' site, nothing else.

From what I understand... you want to have email accounts for the domain jan1024188.com ?
The site you are refering to (https://domains.live.com/) clearly states that it provides free hosted email for your domain provided that this domain is registered to you.
