    Emerge for Slackware users!

    Yes, I'm using it right now, and I must say it works very well! It co-operates with the slackware package system, so it won't double-install anything. That's always good

    Anyways, to install it, do this as root:

    "wget ftp://ftp.dyne.org/emerde/files/auto-install.sh && ./auto-install.sh"

    After that, do your daily emerge routines and you're off.

    Thought I'd just let everyone know about this, so they don't switch to Gentoo for nothing. :P

    Good luck

    Ps.

    You need Slackware 9.1 or better to use this, but if you don't have 9.1+ just download swaret and the distro through that.
