networked sound?
What I would like to do is take the sound from my linux computer and have simultaneous playback on two windows based computers.
I know that the fine folks at cygwin have created an esd port for windows, but can the linux machine send the sound to more than one computer?
I don't believe shoutcast is an option due to the buffering, I need it as close to real-time as possible.
Any other options?

as far as i know VLC can stream over networks, might be worth doing a google
