Partition Error, in DEEP ****!
I have dual boot with winXP and suse 10.2. while being on suse, i have accidentally removed some flag from suse partition (with gparted, when i actually wanted to enlarge linux partition), and now it is not recognized by anything!! i can neither boot from there (grub loader gives error 7), neither read it so that i can backup my data. i have tried with various LiveCDs, but same, gparted did not show that partition so that i can take this flag back. before that partition was somehow mounted, but now i dont know what happened, i can't even read it, neither from liveCDs, not from windows where i have ext2 driver.
anyone can help?

try Ultimate Boot CD. it has lot of partition recovery tools and you can re-set flags easily through it.
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
