hi all,
iam facing problem installing my SM56 PCI motorola internal modem on redhat ver 8 . i installed the driver that i had downloaded for i think previous version of linux and it goes absolutely fine with not a single error
After that i run sm56setup and that also work fine. After that when i use kpp and query the modem it says " sorry cant open modem " and a message appears " Remove file lock " can anyone tell me how to fix it up by any means .i need it desperately.......................plz help me
