About cached memory release in SGE system

Hi, i have some questions about memory cached in Sun Grid Engine system. There are 32 processors in the cluster, and I submitted 1200 jobs in the queue. Although the memory used does not change, the memory cached continue goes up and eventually blew up the memory limit. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this problem? It seems the cached memory never released and keeps accumulating.

What OS are you running? Is it Solaris, or Linux? If Linux, which version? And any other configuration details that might be helpful.
