doc for setpri command

I running a limited version of Linux that has a setpri command, but no doc for it. Can someone tell me the parms?

Rather than the runtime, I 'm talkin about a command line program. the setpri --help gives me

setpri [ts|rr|fifo] <PRI> <PID>

so my question is what are the three choices, ts, rr, fifo and what is the range for PRI?
