file timestamps
here's the scenario:
i want to edit a file's timestamps - atime, mtime, ctime. the thing is, touch can only modify the first 2. i want to modify all of it. so is there a way to do it without setting the bios clock &/or the os clock a little way back in time? can this be done by editing the file's inode?

just to make things clear, i'm not doing this to harm any one else's system/files. i'm doing this to my files. i just need to present them like they weren't late for the deadline. hehehe.. .
