ps -o STANDARD FORMAT SPECIFIERS meaning
I'm new here. I don't use forums very often, but this time I think that I need some external help.
today I needed som extra functionalitys from the command "ps", I kneew that I can personalize the output with the "-o" option and when I went to the man page I fond that there you can find all options avalible, but I couldn't find any information abaut what are they meaning.
Ok it 's easy to understand what is cputime or %CPU, but, what is "c," what is the difference between egid and fgid and lots of otheres options.
Anybody knows were to find a list of all these options with a little explanation about eche one?
I fond that but it is not complete:
noone has ever made the same question to herself?
