QoS in Linux

hi everybody;


myself working with QoS in linux...and i want to implement WRED (Weighted Random Early Detect) in linux...how can i implement this in linux.....?

and also SFQ is same as WFQ in cisco or which algorithm should i use....?

Is there any materials or book available so i can understand *tc* tool very well....?
