Xandros Installation--disk error -- FIXED
I tried to install Xandros for somebody, and ran into a fatal error within the first two minutes (remember--this is the most user friendly distro around!). I pop the cd in, and it tells me "FATAL ERROR -- a hard disk could not be detected on this computer. [ERROR CODE 4000]" I hit ok and the computer reboots. I've retried many times and it still doesn't work... any ideas??? Should I post this in the Debian forums, since this is a debian based os?
Oh, this is on a seagate barracuda 80gb, brand new hard drive.
