xmms equalizer not working?

i have one question.....
why equalizer in xmms is not working???

try to reinstall it

oh i tryed that

is equalizing working with some other program, lets say mplayer?

i have newer tried that......ill try now

actualy im not able to use mplayer's equalizer....cant change nothing...

Hi - the equaliser in XMMS only works for mp3 or OGG files but not for CDs.

well im listening mp3 files from my audio dir........
