    USB DSL modem and USB Ipaq handheld not recognised

    Help!! I want to switch completely to SuSe Linux 9.1 Personal but I can't get the USB DSL modem to work - it doesn't appear to have been recognised on install of Linux. The same goes for the Ipaq cradle. I am completely new to Linux but used XeniX many years ago. I know I'm stupid but someone has to be!!
