    Blackberry Sync

    I know this has been covered, and I have found many articles on using opensync and msynctool to sync my Blackberry 8830, however I keep getting the following error when I run the msynctool.

    Synchronizing group "EvoBarry"
    **
    GLib-GIO:ERROR:gdbusconnection.c:2270:initable_init: assertion failed: (connection->initialization_error == NULL)
    Member 1 of type barry-sync had an error while connecting: Controller: requested mode not supported
    Member 2 of type evo2-sync had an error while connecting: Broken Pipe
    All clients have disconnected
    The sync failed: Unable to connect one of the members
    Error while synchronizing: Unable to connect one of the members

    I suspect it might be the password, but I have updated the config fil password entry and still no luck.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    John

    Sorry, I don't have a blackberry - just an Android Nexus One (HTC) with gmail. Have you contacted RIM about this?
    Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.
