licensing for giving service to client [seeking for urgent reply]

Hi,
For remote access to mobile through PC i have used some softwares (which is under GPL). Now i need to give as a service to client.

My question is:
1. What i need to do before serving to client
2. whether i need to get license for it?
3. What my understanding is, if we are taking the code of that software and modified it then we can distribute it with some license. but we are not modifiying any code. So, whether we need to go through any kind of license before serving the remote access setup to client?

Its very urgent. Plz reply as early as possible.

Afaik, even if you do not modify the code, you need to declare that you use gpl app/lib XY
AND you need to make the source available. No, a link to sourceforge, etc is not enough.
