    sata file system in android os


    Hello,
    I want to use sata device in android os,but I get confused that I can't set up file system like ubuntu os. Compare to sd card file system,I am also failed.Sata driver is OK in liunx kernel. How can do?Does anyone try this before?

    Have you rooted the device yet? Android does support sata devices, but you will need root shell access to get it set up I think. Also, does your device HAVE an esata port? It would probably work if you had a drive enclosure with usb connectivity that you can plug the drive into. Android might then auto-mount the drive. I haven't tried that with my Android phone so I can't say for sure it would work.
