Question An update of audio ALSA driver and Kernel version (dependencies)

    Hello,

I am kinda a newbie in Linux system. I would like to get help in a topic i am interested in which is :
Suppose that we have done a change in an application which requires an update of audio ALSA driver and Kernel version (dependences).
How would be the required changes happened in the development scenario such as source code, version control, Buildroot, Continuous integration server and external dependences.

    I would appreciate your feedback

    you don't.
you program your software to work with the operating system it is designed for, not the other way round.
if the operating system upgrades the kernel, and it breaks functionality, that's when you start getting active.

also, what is this thread really about? why is it in mobile devices?
    more detail would be good.
cryptic questions will yield cryptic responses, at best.
