need help

i need to place qos for the vlan sub interfaces, for both incoming and outgoing pkts in linux router, i want to know if i place these rules for those particular vlan ips -- in my wan interface.... will it work fine.......

basic conf
eth0 --wan link (in this interface , want to conf and place those qos for the eth2 vlan sub interfaces)

eth1 --wan link (as an backup ) like the above but differnt qos setting for the eth2 valn sub interfaces)

eth2 -- vlan sub int created, around 12 vlans

as i want to configure seperate qos of each vlan sub interfaces heading towards 2 wan links.....

is there any wizards who cud help me ???
