forwarding depending on subdomains
Hi,
We set up a Ubuntu 7.1 server and installed shorewall 3.4 on it. Hanging of this server are the local company intranet and the DMZ. We have a static IP address and our domain which both point to our router. This way we are able to offer FTP for our clients and with port forwarding we can expose test installations to our clients.
Everything works fine but we want more
Here is the question: What do you think is the best approach to extend this system in a way that we can use another domain 'ourSecondDomain.com' to point to a single machine within our DMZ?
I was thinking of a DNS Server or is there a way with Apache (virtuel Hosts)? Would be great if I could get some ideas....
Thanks,
Uwe
