    Simple Network

    Hi folks,
    I am looking for a guide to setting up a simple network (via a crossover cable) windows xp - suse 10.3 all I want it to be able to access files on the suse machine from windows I do not need write privileges

    Simple. Install and setup samba on the suse box. You could use SWAT to set it up.
