    Question SQUID caching server



    Friends,
    I'm running squid 2.5 with stable6. It's working fine but caching is not happening. When users request comes to squid it directly going to web servers behind it. Any suggests what I have to do. Please help me out ya.

    Mate i would like to setup a proxy server also got have this opportunity in your post to ask you. Is it is ok if i used Debian Linux and Squid Proxy server? And other question where can i find free squid?

    Look into acl, should your users already included into allow for caching?
