From remote sites, I can ping and access polarhome.com, no problem.

But from my home, with Verizon FIOS, I can't. It times out. I used to be able to, but now I can't. (DNS finds the IP address correctly.)

I don't think this is any problem with my PC. But is this likely to be a misconfigured router somewhere in Verizon's hierarchy or something else?
