Travelmate 360 inbuilt wireless card

ok so i admit that i'm a linux newb to start off please
have pity

anyway i have an acer travelmate 360 with dual boot windows/Mandrake 8.2
now the travelmate has an inbuilt wireless orinoco mini pci card
however when linux starts up and if you try to bring eth1 (wireless) up it says failed
and something about wvlan_cs failing

Please help

ok i've found ndiswrapper
however when i try to make install it
it comes up with
