Hi,

I am new to High Performance Computing .

If I install some commodity software like 3d max /maya/custom build s/w in the master node of the cluster and create client images from master.

Now when I run the s/w in master i.e like rendering a graphics / performing some operation will this background work get automatically distributed to all the client nodes .(Since HPC -Single System Image exposes all the client nodes as SMP processors to the user)

How about Sun Grid Engine

Please help me on this as I am looking into HPC for my startup plan.
