    Hi guys, I wanna connect two linux boxes over the internet...

    just install openvpn for example in both of your boxes and connect them through a VPN SSL
    then your boxese will be in a virtual private network, like a real LAN.

    Or you could use SSH to log into one from the other. You set that up with key-based logins and port forwarding, and your computers will communicate with each other on the basis that you want.
