Squid proxy authentication in transparent mode
Hi all,
I have been working on changing Squid from LDAP (edirectory) to AD, I have got it all working, tested and set up on a main server, the only thing Im missing now is transparent mode.
I have attempted a number of different scripts and howto guides which have not been helpful.
I need squid to pull the username and password from ad when the user logs on / opens IE7 so it doesnt prompt them for the details. The problem is that all these guides show a transparent loggin but will no record the user name to the access.log
Any ideas?
