I have recently TRIED to install Tor + Privoxy to get around a block placed by my ISP. I used this guide Install Tor For Linux Fedora 8 (i836) Firefox | Demotix but converted it to Ubuntu. However as soon as i've finished with the steps, i get this error wether tor is enabled or not.

How can i fix this? Anyhelp will be greatly appreciated.
