Modem Installation & Internet connectivity

Can anyone help me? My PC's dual boot with xp. xp works fine on broadband. I've installed RHEL 5 and I'm novice and don't know how to install modem (SAMSUNG C2110) and get connected to internet. If anyone could give step by step process.
