where is located ifcfg-eth0 in ubuntu?
Hi.......
I am new user for ubuntu..... but i am unable to find the ifcfg-etho file, but i am using another linux pc fedora 10, where I use to get (/etc/sysconfig/netwrok-scripts/ifcfg-eth0), but there is no directory called "sysconfig" in /etc dir.
Please help me to find the require file.

Use the find command
'find eth0 /etc'

Ubuntu is Debian-based, which means it doesn't use ifcfg-ethX files - NIC configuration is set/stored in the interfaces file.
