    Install compat-db4 through yum.
    Code:
    su -
    yum -y install compat-db4

    very sad...
    i can't continue with this software installation becaiuse to many item i need to find and that is very difficult to me ...

    actually this software is for network monitoring that have agent install on every client so that i can get information via this agent...

    any other software network monitoring is like this ?
    very need for help...

    There are a lot of tools available for Network Monitoring. Check here. Most of the packages listed there are available in the sources of almost all distros.
    It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

    devils casper. I use rhel5.2, I got same problem.
    because sofeware install libary in its own directory, linux os did not know.
    I try to relinks this libary in /usr/lib/ ... so I can start server and open 8080 port , but I can't use browser access it

    >_<" (another problem. try to resolve.)
