    What is the best packet analysis that have GUI base that can provide the information about what the which client visit which website(destination), what protocol used, and other ...?

    And of course run on linux base...

    Wireshark is what I use. Used to be called ethereal. Lot of network guys from cisco backgrounds (like me) use it.

    It's a network protocol analyzer, it's going to see everything transmitted on the collision domain it's connected to. Dunno if that's what you are after.
