[SOLVED] Network outage at high traffic
I just installed linux on a via epia LN motherboard. Whenever there is high network traffic, after a while all services (ssh, httpd and so on) stop responding via network, but strangely, as soon as i press any key on the keyboard attached to the motherboard, all services function normally again. Could this be a strange power management issue? It happens ONLY when there is high network traffic, though... Any help would be highly appreciated

seems like appending "acpi=off" to the kernel parameters did the trick
