I am a little confused on what your actually asking. If you are asking for a vpn program then you should look into openvpn which is a very good vpn program. If you want to connect from your office to your home network then you are going to need to figure out your ip at your home network. This can easily be done using a variety of different webpages like slurpware.org. Then you need to install a vpn server somewhere in your home office something like openvpn. Does that answer your question? Or do you need to know how to take your home offices wan address and redirect it to a local address using your router?
