Hi all ,
I'm going to install an LDAP+SAMBA server in an office network .
In the office there are a majority of windows pc and some linux desktops .
I'd like to obtain something similar to a windows domain ( central auth, profiles on the server ) even for the linux desktops .
The auth would be managed by LDAP , but how to obtain the same behaviour for the profile ?
Atm I was thinking to export the /home via NFS , but maybe there are more elegant solutions .
Someone can give me some advice ?
