Connecting two Linux PC's via LAN card
I need a detailed description(step1.,step2....). I'd like to play some Linux games over LAN cards, and/or to share docs/files between two Ubuntu Karmics, off course via LAN cables. How to do that? Please write something only, if you've already done that. Thanks in advance!
If you need a CD/DVD catalogizer, give a try to my program:

Do you have a crossover cable to connect them or just regular ethernet? Because you need a crossover cable if you don't have a switch of some kind.
It is fairly simple to do, you just need to set them each a static IP that is in the same network and it should just work.
