FC2-D-Link-Cant change BSSID
Whenever I start my connection my WLAN card always(many times) detects the weaker acess pt.When I do 'iwlist scan' 3 acess pts are detected but only the weaker acess pt is accepted.sometimes after I try the above command the connection goes off and I cant reconnect. So, I have to reboot.I cant find any configuration files.. like ifcfg-wlan0.
The drivers are acx_100 and the card in D-Link Dwl 520+.Could someone help me in this regard??
Thanks for your consideration,
ram

Heard that in suse the bssid (i.e the acess pt) could be set through Yast.
Is there a similar tool in FC2?Or what are files necesarry..?
I tried to see in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts and /etc/rc.d/ but as said earlier there were no files like ifcfg-wlan0 at all in my system?
Is it because I do not start the connection in boot-up or is it the fault of the driver??
Thanks for your consideration,
ram
