Everything File But Connection Refused

Hello All

Recently I am going through big problem of Connection Refused Err 111.

I am having two linux Box using SOC(S3C6410) and one my desktop.

I am not able to stablish any socket connection from Linux Box. Either to Linux Box or to my Desktop

I have simple 2 program server & client. Same program is cross compiled for desktop and board.

Server Client Status

Desktop Desktop Works Fine
6410 Box 6410 (SameBox) Works fine
6410 Box 6410 (Other) Connection Refused
6410 Box Desktop Connection Refused

So this is status as above.

As it sound that connection is not going out from 6410 then another point is it's booting using NFS & telnet is working file to connect from 6410 BOx to my Desktop

I have also uploaded my client & server program

Just I found that 6410Box is connecting to my desktop on port 23 while is telnet server port.
Do I need to do some setting in linux to allow some port to be used?

Any one have idea what could be possible error.
