Hello all,

I need to get notifications from the kernel for each received GARP (gratuitous ARP) packet from the network. I know I can use the ARPD notify messages, but I'm not sure if and how to recognize that it is a GARP packet.
If someone have some knowledge regarding the issue I will be glad to hear.
