taking passwords from the user through webpage

hello

I am doing samba file sharing.
I got struct in problem relating reading passwords. I have to read password whatever user enter from web interface and process it. And through that password and username the user must log on from windows system. I have to write appropriate shell script for this.
this is all i am doing for sharing files through samba.

if I remember right I believe as a an administrator you set the password for the user
this is their logon password for your network
