You can use IPTables for port forwarding, or you can implement firewall software that should allow you to to the same:

hi ozar thanks for your answer but i didnot get alot ,please can you type for me a simple command how to FORWARD from ip 192.168.1. 254 to 192.168.1.66 from ports 4444 to 4555 a tcp and with language that i can understand and thanks for your replay>.
