some applications cannot see network share
For example, image management programs such as gwenview, picasa, fspot cannot see the network place when browsing .
Since I store my photos on a network store ( NAS box ) this is a big problem.
Some applications such as Gimp however have no problem seeing the network and opening files stored on there.
Also pdfshuffler cannot see the network share.
OpenOffice applications no problem.
Using Ubuntu 10.04
