    I had to change the website, whatismyip dot org returns a private address so I used whatismyip dot com. Anyway, results are below. Changes almost every time I do something.... ('x' values do not change)

    This is truely odd. You can't keep an ssh connection as long as the IP addresses are changing. The tunnel simply looses it's connection endpoints.

    Do you have some strange configuration in your phone that automatically disconnects/connects the connection?

    If not and if I were you, I would at this point kick the ISPs butt.
