Kmail probs sending to aol addresses
I can send/receieve msgs in kmail and evolution fine, but if i try to send msgs to aol screen names they do not make it, i read a blurb about it having to do with renaming localhost, i did that but its still not working , any clues?

From linux i didnt think you could send direct to screen names?
I always thought, as you are not using AOL software you would need to use the full email address, eg, screenname@aol.co.uk or screenname@aol.com
If you try to send to just the screen name, it will most likely look for a users mail box or alias on the localhost.
I may be wrong, i must say i have never tried sending mail to aol screen names.
If you are gettting a message bounce back, post that up here with the full mail headers, that should help with diagnosis.

In addition to what j said, are you using the AOL java web client, Trillian or the software from thier CD for your AOL messages? And is it AOL IM or regular AOL e-mail that giving you problems?
