Gents, what does everyone here use for ip databasing needs?

I've looked at phpip and ipplan... Both projects seem a bit abandoned.

Can you please recommend your favorite? Preferably perl/php/mysql based.

I am leaning towards ipplan

also, what would you suggest for password management? I guess i can add a sql table to ipplan and work that way....

what would you suggest for password management?

Password management for ipplan? I'm fairly sure this tool shouldn't be addressed by more than a few users. It would be greatly enough to have plain http(s) auth or preferrably a private network through ssh-tunnels or something like that.
