We upgraded our system to use Linux 2.6.32. When FTP is started, pings, OSPF hellos stop working for the entire duration of the FTP.

Ping stops working when FTP is going on in Linux 2.6.32
We upgraded our system to use Linux 2.6.32. When FTP is started, pings, OSPF hellos stop working for the entire duration of the FTP.
If anyone has any ideas please let me know.
