I have my linux box setup for WOL, it works fine except when it sits off for a handful of hours (I'll notice it if I try it after work, or the next day). I have my ddclient setup with dyndns along with my dynamic server, and it works fine if I shut it off then back on just a short time later. It's longer durations that seem to mess it up. Googling doesn't offer much help, only plenty of articles of WOL not working at all; not just here and there. I can post init.d ddclient script, .conf's, etc, but I've only just a few days ago setup an ssh server and am very new to all of this.
