Hey all,
I am connected to my ISP through a Linksys WRT320N router with Tomato firmware (ver. v1.28.9054 MIPSR2-beta K26 vpn3.6, if that helps at all). It looks like this
(LAN) --cat5e--> (Tomato - WRT320N) --wifi--> (ISP)

Now, I have reason to believe that this ISP uses QoS (just go with me on this one) due to the fact that downloads come at around 25~45 kbps whereas web surfing is insanely slow (and I know a tech that works there who confirms this theory ). I also know VoIP apps such as Skype work pretty well (supposedly the QoS prioritizes VoIP-style packets). So, that brings me to my question. Is it possible (maybe with iptables) to reclassify my web browsing packets to cause my web traffic to take advantage of the priority placed on other certain packet types? Thanks.
